Shipping & Delivery Time
We would like to get the ordered material by you as early as possible. Our primary shipping service is the most reliable. “The Indian Post”. We shall send the ordered material either by speed post parcel or Regd. Post Parcel. Both are guaranteed service. Speed post can deliver within 2-4 business days and Regt. Post Parcel in 5-7 business days which is comparatively economical service. So, depending upon urgency you may opt any of above service.
Secondly, in future, we may think for courier services. But, it doesn’t serve to each and every corner of India. Hence, we give priority to services of “India Post”.
Order Cancellation:
Customer can cancel the order anytime before the dispatch by calling on customer care service. We shall make arrangement to refund the payment. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using our website, we may cancel the order at our sole discretion.
Return Policy :
Biotic Nature Products and Bioneeva Herbs are not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
Damages caused due to negligence, improper uses or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
A purchased product may be returned if you find that it is not as per ordered item/s and something else and if it is not opened or used.
Damaged products delivered can be returned unsealed within 20 days of original billing date. Refund will be made after deducting shipping charges if application.
Delivery Policy:
We ship and deliver the ordered material properly packed in polythene bags and/or corrugated boxes. Product will be properly covered with foam sheet or air bubble sheet.
